This lavish looking iPhone in gold casing from a UK company named Goldstriker. The 16GB version of this gold iPhone comes for around $1780, but if you are a shrewd rich person (like my friend deekay / designer kid lol!), you can buy the semi gold version for just $1190. It looks more or less the same as the full gold version.

After seeing loads of same kinda iPod docking stations all these days, seeing this one was a big relief! Alas we got something different and weird; something we always want; unique and cool. This iPod and iPhone docking station named “iTam Tam” is designed by Eric Berthès from Branex Design, which created the retro-styled TamTam stools. This high-tech sexy gadget is a universal docking station for all iPod models and your favorite iPhone. It also sports a cord adapter which allows docking of MP3 Players of many other brands.

With this gadget, you can listen into your favorite songs through its 2×25 W stereo speakers. The device also features 50W digital amplifier technology and a remote control. It comes in two colors; black and white. This gadget will cost you around $570 and will be available in April this year. So are you ready to get your hands on it?

The Winamp remote is a new piece of software by Orb. This software is made for the iPhone or the iPod touch. This software allows you to access your music collection which is in your home computer from anywhere that has a WiFi signal. This can be done without even hacking your iPhone. You can now listen to your favorite songs stored in your home computer on your iPhone through fast streaming. The entire process is done through a web browser and the streaming of the songs is very fast.

Mail, Weather, Google Maps or Stocks are not included in the new iPod Touch! You might be wondering why, but the answer seems to be they are coming. In all probability Apple may not be supplying them but third parties would. It is a little curious, iPhone and the Touch are practically the same platform, runs the same Mac OS X. unofficial word from inside Apple iPod touch runs exactly the same applications, “they use the same damn binaries”! With a curious twist decision to maintain differentiation Apple did not include the four applications mentioned. iPod Touch is entertainment oriented while the iPhone is obviously into communication hub personal productivity area. Kind of a forced differentiation, considering they use the same core OS and programming framework. User interface elements differ slightly, of course.

GUI version of iUnlock has just been released by the iPhone development team. An Installer.app version is coming soon that will let you download the file over any EDGE or Wi-Fi network into your phone and run it. Look for most recent version on the development team’s wiki, but here’s our mirror site anyway. Here’s hoping that the next firmware update on the iPhone won’t bork the iunlock. As always, there are no guarantees though your iPhone won’t get gummed up!
