HP 2133 Mini-Note

When ASUS had launched its EEE PC, no one had expected it to be such a huge hit. It became so popular that it even forced Microsoft to extend the life shell of Windows XP Home by another 2 years. Now other manufacturers after seeing the potential of ASUS EEE PC are trying not to be left out in the cold.
So the first competitor of Asus EEE PC has been launched by HP, in the form of HP 2133 Mini-Note PC.

Unlike Asus EEE PC which only comes with Solid State Drive (SSD), this competitor of EEE PC is available with various storage options. The Top Of the Line Edition costs 799$ and features a 1.6Ghz VIA processor, 120GB 5200RPM HDD along with 2GB of RAM. The 2133 is dominated by a large 8.9” ,1280*768 display which is better than any EEE PC model out there.

This competitor from HP has a huge potential but we still need to wait and watch what other manufacturers have in their kitty before making any decision.
