LaVie J Notebook

Recently three laptops in the LaVie J series namely the LJ750/LH, the LJ700/LH and the LJ730/LG were introduced by NEC. While the notebooks are build with Intel’s low-voltage processors, nearly all of them feature the same configuration.

They feature Intel’s GM965 Express chipset with built-in video capabilities, a DVD burner, and a 12.1-inch wide-screen display that can work at a maximum resolution of 1,280×800. These notebooks also offer a wide range of network connectivity options, such as Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Wireless USB, Bluetooth 2.0, Type2 PC card slot, SD card slot, USB 2.0 ×2, Gigabit Ethernet and voice input/output. Inflatable Mouse

Gadgets are getting smaller each day. Don’t you people think so? Would you like to get them even smaller? Well you will get a shock when you see this mouse. Its portability lies in the fact that it can be pressed and rolled and takes no virtually no space when not in use. Named Jelly Click, this mouse takes portability to its heights. All its circuits lie on a flexible board and its made of very soft plastic. When you want to use it, just blow in some air, attach the USB cord and use it. And when you don’t feel like using it, just squeeze it and roll it up. Isn’t that cool? Well I would love to use a mouse like that, if I could.

It has so many advantages; first that it uses minimum space, second that it is damage free and maybe the material used would make it water-resistant also. Well if its true, it would be an added bonus. These kinda gadgets are very useful in today’s world. My own mouse has broken several times because it fell of my table. This mouse will take the tension of damage and repair out of your mind.

DVD Coach

For all you lazy people out there, here is EZ Dupe the ultra slim single target DVD duplicator that is portable enough that you can take it anywhere with you. Today DVD writers are found nearly in every computer so whenever we have to write our favorite DVDs we need to go to the computer and turn it on but it seems to be a tough job considering our laziness, but now EZ Dupe has made DVD or CD writing so easy that it doesn’t seem that hard work now. The EZ Dupe has a drive that is capable of writing DVDs at a speed of 8x and CDs at 16x isn’t that a good achievement for such a portable DVD writer. It also has the latest lightscribe technique so you can mark your CDs or DVDs too. It also allows you to change the track order if you are writing an audio CD or DVD.

The main problem no one seems bothered about is the copywriting issues as copying the discs isn’t completely legal. The gadget can become famous or is more talked about at warez parties (are there any left?) but there might be some legal ways too, that’s why the company is launching such a product. Now the price seems to be another issue, this gadget is priced at around $400-500 oops look laziness can cost you a lot.

However the technocrats always take us by surprise by bringing new technologies and making them available for us. The modern innovators and designers are trying to turn every stone that is coming their way. The latest to join the bandwagon is the liquid flask cell phone that NEC will bring for us in the markets.

The product that we would be getting is ready as the prototype version of it is out. The price of this gadget is still not out but yes two basic features of this liquid flask phone are a touch screen and being of liquid powered so in turn it is quite similar and quite different from other phones. Touchscreen is available in many phones but the liquid power is quite interesting as it means that the liquid will flow out of the phone’s back telling us the amount of power left in the phone.
