With the immanent shut down of the site thinksecret.com, a victory is granted to apple against the leaks about apple’s future products and it enrages many to retort aggressively against the company. So does this mean that tall free speech is questioned upon by the closure of a site that encouraged free journalism? Apple filed a lawsuit against the site in 2004 for preventing the site from leaking out its trade secrets. In response to this the filed a lawsuit against apple making a motion field under the California doctrine that is meant to prevent any baseless law suites that inhibit the right to free speech.
