iPod Dual-Layer Protection

iPod Dual Layer Protection

Apple did spell bounding magic by launching its trendy new iPhone and the latest iPod. Most cases are retreads from existing lines, so with the exception of the shiny Reflect cases I usually just pass on them.

Whenever someone creates the storm after a lull I tend to break my silence and turn eager to write about it. Same happened this time when even my girlfriend exclaimed “Wow”. And I’ve got to say, iSkin’s eVo4 Duo.

Please excuse me, I’m extremely sorry, but really you tell me how do you pronounce that? Do just move to the counter sales boy at the store and ask for “The evo-to-the-power-of-four skin?” that would have been a nightmare same as the times when Prince’s name was a typographer’s nightmare.

Anyway, the $35 eVo4 Duo is, in fact, two skins in one and it looks pretty darned spiffy. To protect the iPod from any damage there are silicon skin wraps around it, and the ViSOR layer (the metallic finish) goes over that so that it could prevent the screen from scratches and even all the iPod’s ports are protected from it as well. A similar design for the new Nanos (just called the Duo) is also available, for $30.

I believe this price wont restrain any True iPod lover from ’skinning’ their iPods.
