Transform Windows XP To Mac OS X Leopard
Tagged Under : Apple, Features, Mac OSX Leopard
Update:
- Install Leopard on your CellPhones
- You can now have Vista on your Iphone
After my earlier article on how to install Mac OSX Leopard on a PC. I was thinking about those fellows who can’t download or install the Leopard on their PC, so I requested my friend DeeKayMeister to help me write something for my readers to give their desktop an Ultimate Mac OS X Leopard Transformation!
Mirror:
One (TinyUpload.com)
Update:
1. Due to exceeding downloads and bandwidth, I had to transfer the files to an external server.
2. Mac OS X Cursor Pack updated.
I thought of downloading the complete pack won’t be easy for those unlucky fellows on dial-up connection, so I am adding links to individual Parts of the Ultimate Mac OS X Leopard Transformation Pack.
![]() |
So here we begin as the the main feature of OS X are the Login Screen, the Dock bar etc. So first of all we will add a dock menu and start the process which transforms “Windows XP OS” into a “MAC OSX”.
1. RK Launcher - So starting with first run the RK Launcher install it and see the results you can adjust it into any position on screen by right clicking on setup from the pack offered here, simply it.

2. Visual Style - Now let give this Mac OS X a Leopard flavour with Visual Styles and for that you have two options:
- Use WindowBlinds’s theme named Leopard 3.0 which is inside the Ultimate Leopard Transformation Pack (sorry WindowBlinds ain’t cheap so I cant supply that but you can easily find the trail version here).
- Or else if you don’t have WindowBlinds to run the theme, we have included a Visual style version which works without any 3rd party Software such as WindowBlinds. Just make sure you patch your PC with a small tool namely UX Theme Patcher and then just clicking on the Visual style file will apply the theme !!
3. Cursors - Most user will be happy with this experience but much more fun can be added by using this cursor pack. Click Here To Download The Mac OS X Cursor Pack. Just download and unzip the file and follow the steps in Read Me file to apply Mac icons.
4. The Leopard Wallpaper Pack - Download the Leopard Wallpaper Pack From here.
5. The Leopard Login - This will change your original “boring” XP logon for a Mac OS X Leopard one (that’s the reason I asked you to not use the one which came with FlyakiteOSX). To install you well need “Logon Studio”. Once you have Logon Studio, add the logon screen theme to the program and choose the newly installed theme to submit it. Download the Leopard Login from here. There you are done (comes with the package).
6. TClock Light - It will change your taskbar clock and can also make your taskbar and start menu transparent. Just go to TClock Light folder and run the software from there. Download this software from here.
And yes, you are now in the Mac World, Enjoy the Leopard Experience!!!
Please report if any links are broken and send your comments about this tutorial!! We did lots of hard work for it.
Note: You can read the second part of Ultimate Transformation Series (Linux Transformation Pack) here.

Awesome stuff buddy….looks really cool….
good tutorial…. good work.. :: :: :thumbs:
lol thnx for the compliment .. but it took lots of hours for my designer and me to compile this ..
it’s really a çool toy to play with
thanks
hello
i downloaded tonight, tomorow i ll install , later i ll let you know.
i got dial up conection, but i ll wait for ultimate leopard TP.
thanks
it seems most of the download links are dead…
@ Awesome Onsum …
May i know which links are dead ? I checked all the links, they are working fine …
That’s so stupid. Why will you transform your old crap XP to Mac OSX. Get a Mac Looser. Stop copying Mac OS style. Do something with Vista instead.
bodo ah :what:
Dear HJr,
Buying a Mac is not in everyones reach. And most of the people use XP today. So what’s the harm in tweaking your XP a bit to look like Mac. And for vista we already have Vista Transformation Pack. If you want you can buy Mac
Visual style version which works without any 3rd party Software such as WindowBlinds, Just using UX Theme Patcher is a broken link. where can i find the file???? :broke:
I’m really quite sick of people posting on customization sites simply saying “Just get a Mac ‘looser’”. First of all, it’s “loser”. Second of all, take the time to realize the effort that people have put into customization.
While a lot of people use Windows, it is hardly wrong to have an appreciation for the beauty of the Mac OS’s. Plus it takes certain skills both in programming and visualization art to be able to create customization such as this.
Besides, if you’re so into your precious Macs, why did you even read this article to begin with? Just so you can bash the author? That is just plain uncalled for.
Lastly, thank you to all the dedicated skinners out there. ::
Afzal Sorry the links were changed to Rapidshare and due to cache the new links were not shown, i have checked now you can download from here
http://rapidshare.com/files/66539267/visual.exe
First, the wallpaper pack’s links are dead…
and second, you should have links to all the other things (I just mainly wanted the logonstudio)
But, still cool!
we care about precious readers
ALL LINKS VERIFIED AND FIXED
Hi i got the style exe i opened it and it has alot of png files i knwowhat they are but where do i install them
Deadguy !?
LoL its an extra feature, u just need StyleXP to install the images windows toolbar using the inf file bundled
Does it affect all the users or just the ones you select ? And does it change the boot screen ?
wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww’s its great
Hey thanks a lot after I installed the leopard software in my mac I came to my xp computer and installed this one… Everyone in college was like how you did it…they were more amazed for the windows-mac interphase lol…that is weird but it is true
Thanx Luis
True appreciation encourages us to prepare more of cool posts for our readers
Hey I have vista do you have the links for vista looks transformation into leopard ?
Don’t worry about the previous question. This works on vista too….thanx man!!!!
Yes! This was exactly what I were looking for, thnx man ..
Nice piece of work.
Good wrk ppl!
Great pack!
all in one
u guys can add style xp stuff
1. explorer bar icons
2. complete icon pack - which applies automatically
3. boot screen - althu risky
love the login and MSN
thnx Lavin …
We will think on adding the style XP stuff.
We are happy that you liked the MSN and Login hack.
one good thing to do is:
in the logon screen,
change the background to the default leopard background (the purple universe thingee) so it looks like the logon thing is just masking the desktop when it loads and hiding/locking the dock and other stuff. i tried editing the screen with object desktop, but coud only change the back part and not the window sort of thing, it did not look transparent.
There was no MSN thing in the pack, but there was some FIREFOX pack, have no idea wat to do wit it.
wat to do with the styler thing. i got styler and applied it, but it just loaded in explorer in the side and was of no use.
is the windowblinds VS same as the other one.
LAVIN DEVNANI
On behalf of all singapore XP Users,
Thnx for the art work Cool Wizard.
It’s gorgeous indeed!
Hi, how do I change the windows taskbar? thanks a lot for you help.
wow!! great pack … damn good ..
keep it up ..
Great artwork and great effort. Just in case is there a way to transform back to windows xp default???
Also, if possible…try and create a tutorial for non-computer literate people, or even just to make the experience a whole lot easier, a video and post it on YouTube.
when i donwload it, which program do i exact to open it?
@ yooooz
Well to change the taskbar run the Bundled Visual Style From here
@ zdeuyour
Transform back to windows XP default ?
Just uninstall the softwares with their respective Uninstallers. Its 100% safe
@ Yellow Book
Its a self Executing File No Software needed to open, the package will extract the files for you.
Thank You!!! for this great theme and tutorial.
@ Michel
Thnx for you appreciation. We like when our readers are happy with our articles. Expect more like these in the future.
All the rapidshare links are dead. The megaupload stuff asks for a toolbar to be installed. Is there anyone who can pls point to a download that works? Thanks!
@ Erick
Hey dude I have checked all links. All are working fine.
Between here is the link of the full pack - http://rapidshare.com/files/66539080/leopard-transformation-package.exe
Sir, please load it on some torrent site.
@ VINNY
hmm.. which one dude? b/w what’s the prob in downloading from Rapidshare? And I have provided megaupload mirror, you can download from there also. and I will be making another mirror today, so check it out in some time.
There’s no MSN stuff in the pack?
Other than that…
Thank thank you so much
Seriously, thank you! That is a freakin awesome transformation. I just bought a 22in monitor so this look sweet. Thanks man
I second that, the MSN stuff is not there
@ AngusI & psycho
I checked that the MSN files are missing.
Sorry for the inconvenience. This happened when I transferred the pack to an external server.
I will make another mirror with the MSN files soon.
Do check it out in a few days.
I’m from Bangladesh and here it is too difficult to download either from megaupload or rapidshare. coz slots are allocated to a very limited number countries for this country.
so it would be very helpful if you kindly upload it in megashare.
thanks in advance.
ok dude. I will make another mirror soon.
Hi there,
First of all let me thank you for the wonderful effort you have put in and to your designers for being so awesome with the designs.
I am a novice and newbie at this and I hate to ask this question, but when I double click on the leopard transformation pack.exe it extracts individual folders, now where do I extract it to.
And how to make it all work. A small tutorial would help a lot.
Thanks once again for your excellent efforts.
Regards,
Venkatesh
So guys, here’s another mirror. Download the entire pack from TinyUpload.com
Hi, I’d like to make sure of this, is this fully compatible with Windows Vista?
Great Job dude. Keep it up
Hey buddy awesome work. This Mac OS X Leopard is really a 100% of the real one. So thanx to this customization and keep it up.
@ HellFire
Dude, it is 100% compatible with Windows Vista.
Hi,
Thanks for this fantastic package!
But a few problems/questions.
-When are you gonna fix the “not-included-MSN-files” problem”? I like to see it
!
-Instead of Firefox you can now use Safari for Windows, it can be downloaded from Apple’s website.
-Can you give a good Icon Package, to let it even look more like a Mac?
Greetings
Sam
Hi!
I just wanted to say that I am getting your transformer, but even before installing it I say THANX!
Hope to see real leopard on my laptop.
But I will enjoy your program till the day!
Maham
Wow I fooled my collage buddies. Thanks!!!
I am not super smart when it comes to computers but if I download this from TinyUpload, is it going to do it for me or am I going to miss something and mess my computer up? And what about existing files, are they going to convert to the Mac stuff?
@ Kass
See dude, if you follow everything correctly, then there will be no problem. But please take proper backup, so that in case anything goes wrong you can restore from that backup. I suggest you make a system restore point before installing the Leopard Transformation Pack.
@ Sam Ecker
1. Dude I think I have lost those MSN files completely. So it will take time to make new ones.
2. Yeah Safari is a good option but it is not as good as Firefox
3. I am searching for a good Leopard Icon Pack but in the mean time, you can install the shell32.dll file from FlyakiteOSX Pack.
Have Fun
Thanks so much for the tutorial, I was really bored reading about how to apply different kind of themes, but when I saw this page, I was amazed. It’s really good, and the links aren’t broken, that makes life easier.
The final result is not like an original Mac, but it’s really cool, as I have a Compaq Presario v3000 and failed to install Mac natively, so I can’t expect more than this.
We are happy that you liked our Leopard Transformation Pack
Hey, awesome. Still not installed cuz I got slow internet. But, I got my desktop cleaned off and got the dock-bars up and running. Cool Wizard is there a way to move the, maximize, minimize and close, buttons to the left side? And I’ve noticed that on Macs that their “taskbar” is at the top of the screen. Is this correct? And is their a way to move it to the top? Thanks.
Also people, if you search on Google or Yahoo for SHOCK4WAY. You can download a file that will allow your computer to have “four screens” kinda sorta. You can flip from one screen to the next. That is NOT to take away though from the brilliance of Cool Wizard. Thanks for all you’ve done. I’ll keep you updated. THANKS. (I do hope to own a Mac someday though. 4grand and an OS that ain’t compatible with nothing
And the Shock4Way if your parents peek in one everything your doing and you don’t want them to see. They walk by press a button and wala, “hey mom I’m learning about the enviroment” “That’s nice honey” They walk away. Button press wala
Thanks again. And could you put this on Wikihow?
Can I move the taskbar to the top of the screen like on a Mac? I have T-clock lite, but how do I move the taskbar to the top of the screen? And how do I get the taskbaar rounded like you do?
Thanks awesome program.
J-Dawg
@ J-Dawg
Yes dude you can. Just right click on your taskbar and untick the option “Lock the Taskbar”. After unlocking your taskbar just drag it to the top of the screen. Then right click on it again and choose “Lock the Taskbar”.
Enjoy a Mac like taskbar
Is their a way to move the, maximize, minimize, and close buttons to the left side of the screen. Like on a Mac.
THANKS AGAIN!
Thanx for helping me to get ride of the ugly windows. What should I do with the firefox pack or how to make it work?
That stuff is great keep it up its just same stuff as the crystal xp’s
bricopack vista inspirat
You could use leftsider for the icons,
Whats the name of the program that makes the windows in the background darker and the working window highlighted on a mac?
Is their a XP version?
@ J-Dawg
Well dude till now I don’t have any trick to move those buttons on the left side of the screen but if I get one, I will post here soon.
Till then Enjoy !!!
@ Khaled
Dude that firefox pack is a theme for firefox to make it look like Safari browser for Mac.
After opening firefox browser just go to Tools >> Add-ons and click on themes. And then drag the theme file there. The theme will be installed then and you can use it if you like.
@ Inam
I don’t know whether it’s the same as crystal xp’s bricopack or not, but dude me and my designer made this pack ourselves. No copy paste here. It’s original and cool
Many many thanx. I will look for future updates.
[...] Here’s the link to our Ultimate Linux Transformation Pack [...]
Can you email me the images to get the taskbar look like mac?
Yellow_bull_@hotmail.com
Dude download you full Leopard Transformation Pack from here and in this you will get all the things required to make you desktop look like Mac including the Mac taskbar.
hey wiz….
Just wanted to ask a bit about the transformation Logon screen….will it still work with flyakite osx on the pc……
Thanks
@HHH
Yeah dude. It will work with Flyakite OSX also. Enjoy!!
Thanks a lot dude! You’re really great! A big THANK YOU all the way from Malaysia.
Hi. I’ve installed the logon screen into LogonStudio but is there a way to change from the leaves background to one of the backgrounds in your wallpaper pack?
Cheers a lot!
eatsmores
P.S: Your transformation RULES!!
P.P.S: I’m a 12 yr old computer enthusiast. Please teach me!
Thank you so much for this, it’s awesome!
wow.. really Really REALLY THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the transform stuffs..
it works well in my PC and looks great also (of course, it’s Mac)..
is there any other crazy upgrading stuffs for this XP->Mac transform tools?
but, i’m happy with the current and new experience for me (after these years bored with XP),
thanks again, guys!!
@eatsmores
I really don’t know about this. I never used a custom wallpaper to create logon screens though I have made bootscreens from wallpapers. But there’s no harm in trying. Just flip through the menus of Logon Studio and find if anything’s available there.
@Iceman & rendi
Thank you for appreciating my work.
I loveeee this MTP. I am currently downloading it as of now. Thanks for making this program, Cool Wizard!
By the way, is there anything I can do to the make the icons on the right of the screen/browser/whatever you are on (the minimize button, restore down/up button, the close button)?
@iBear
I couldn’t get you. Can you post a snapshot describing your problem in detail?
Hi, so i downloaded the pack. what’s the easiest way to apply all this. window blinds… i am not sure on how to do this the best way. please help… tutorial.
thanks
@Lil$noop40
The easiest way is to decompress the pack and then decompress each sub-units in it. Then there will be softwares to install; install them and apply all those custom themes.
Viola! your desktop is a Mac now.
Do ask if you face any other problem.
Please update my transformation pack.
@SOBHA STUDIO
Dude I couldn’t make out what you wanna say. Please explain you problem in detail.
Coolwiz can you put the files into a auto installer like Vista Transformation Pack? It would be easier to install them then.
I love the look of Mac OSX but they are too much to buy the computer so would it be possible? VTP is good but forces you to reinstall windows if you uninstall.
Love your work keep it up.
Well it’s weird, it says stop logon fail.exe for some reason i’ve installed it.
dose this conversion kit change the performance of my pc. and dose these programs come with the ability to switch window with apple button + UP , Down , Left , Right. or change program with the tab button
Max
mano todo me sirvio menos lo del inicio de el compu lo hice con logonstudio y me bloqueo el compu pero como soy el administrador puedo entrar al equipo ayudame mano a cambiarle el estilo de inicio por el de leopard!!!!!!
Edit~ (English Translation)
Hand around me sirvio least the beginning of the computer did with logonstudio and I lock the computer but as a manager I am entering the team ayudame hand to change the style of the beginning of leopard !!!!!!
great work !!! thanks
@TJ
I would love to make a auto-installer like Vista Transformation Pack but i don’t have the required knowledge to do so, nor the time. Once i get some free time, i will try to learn that thing make a auto-installer. Till time being, you can ask any problem, if you encounter here. Have a great time!
@hmm..
Dude it seems that there is some problem with your OS. Try uninstalling logon studio first, then clean temp files using CCleaner and then try to install the program again. Hope it solves your problem.
Hey thats great! i neva though there could such a great pack! awesome work guys
I haven’t tried this yet, but it sounds awesome.
Can someone provide the “leopard-transformation-package.exe” and/or “visual.exe” as an archive file (RAR or ZIP)? I don’t feel comfortable running an executable.
Also, sometimes archive executables are extractable with the app that created them. Does anyone know what app created these? powerarchiver, winzip, winrar, etc…?
Thanks a lot
Well yeah these were created using Winrar and u’ll be very much able to extract them using WinRar.
Love deekay

[...] Mac OSX Ultimate Transformation Pack. Otro pack que convierte Windows XP en Mac OS X. [...]
Can any1 give instructions on how they applied this, I just extracted it and got a heap of folders, I can only install the login screen, wallpapers, clock and rk launcher. What about the rest?
@Alex
Dude pls explain your problem in detail. Means everything’s clear in the post. Describe what problem you are facing an at what step.
The visual style looks better than the other 2 visual styles I’ve come across, but it’s still not exactly like Leopard, or at least as close as it could be. For example:
(1) The start menu is curved at the ends, whereas Leopard is a straight bar
(2) The maximize/minimize/restore buttons aren’t red/yellow/green like leopard
(3) The start menu looks transparent, but it really isn’t. I’d like the start bar to be solid gray, and then we could use other apps to make it transparent.
(4) The buttons aren’t the same blue
(5) and so on.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong. For example, sometimes these styles come with alternate color schemes. This one comes with 2, but they seem the same. Can someone help? Or at least direct me to a more exact Leopard style?
By the way, I’m using StyleXP to apply the .msstyle file
Thanks in advance
[...] After our previous article on install Mac OSX Leopard on a PC, we thought to include an article on how to get leopard looks on your Wndows XP. So I requested my friend deekay to help me write something interesting on how to transform XP To Mac Leopard [...]
Hai CoolWizardz, your tricks n tips are very cool. I’m not really a computer-literate person but i managed to convert my xp desktop into leopard look, awesome!!
Great job, man!
Leopard Transformation Pack…
See how easily one can transform from Windows xp / Vista Interface to Mac’s OSX Leopard, without freezing the system to death….
WOW DUDE!!! GREAT JOB!!!
exactly what i was looking for. really appreciate the effort!
Ok if i find out how to make that auto-installer would you be able to do it when you get time?
Could you make the exit minimize maximize buton go to the left of the window?
Anyway Keep up the work dude.
sorry if my spelling is off…
@CSeenaStyle
Sorry, I can’t help to make a better Leopard look-alike. All your observations seem to be correct, but this is the best I can do. And yeah using StyleXP is fine, but since it is a shareware, you can also use uxtheme.dll patcher for that purpose which is free of cost and takes less system resources than StyleXP. Have a nice time!
@TJ
I would love to do so when I get some free time. And sorry, I can’t make those buttons go to the left.
I am having a problem with window blinds in this case opens wba file in your package. is there another program i can use or how do i aply that skin.
Hey guys,
To make your version of windows xp look even more like a mac go to stardock.com and download the object bar ( trail version works fine, its that thing that macs have on the top saying file, edit, view etc.).
this is cool… i got a mac and im running bootcamp for windows and parallels so i can have both os’s at the same time. its sweet to have cos i can use my mac normally, then the windows os looks like a mac so i dont have the gay ass windows design bothering me ^^ cool cool
Nice work.
RK Launcher has always been a wonderful dock application.
But seriously, buy a Mac! A Mac Mini is like $600, and gives you the full, real, wonderfully stunning Leopard experience. <3
wow…nice PACK man…ill try this…
is it possible to get a dock imitator that copies the mac dock that is currently being used and to have more wallpapers and screensavers than is currently being given?
i really like the dock that mac have made for osx
i’m not sure on how to use this, i’ve downloaded it but i don’t know what i should install.
@pwn247
Dude everyone doesn’t have that much money to spend on a Mac, that’s why I made this transformation pack.
@Monkey
For a more mac-like dock, as Dd_rulez told, “go to stardock.com and download the object bar (trial version works fine, its that thing that macs have on the top saying file, edit, view etc.)”
I hope you are fine with this one!
@Ethan
Dude, read the post carefully. Don’t just download it, read the instructions given above.
If you face any other problem, feel free to comment here.
is there any sound files???
I hope it works, but I suggest filefront.com to upload it to. They have EXTREMELY fast uploads, and are a lot better. Try them out
wat about the sound? i mean scheme….is it still xp or new sound of mac leopard ?
to the author….
am not a big tech savvy like you all are… but frm the time i saw mac os, i wanted my windows to look lyk that… and to say….. VISTA SUX infront of mac…
So first of all “thank you very much” for making such a thing… “U r great”…
i just downloaded the rklauncher and found its an exefile…. also its not replacing my “xp taskbar”….
i wanna know, if the whole program is like this, tht do we have to run after starting windows…?? or isnt there anything like a full transformation like “xp to longhorn” and all..??? Please let me know thru mail.. sanal.koduvely2@gmail.com

awesome work guys, really like this
yeah ! it one of the fewest transformations that are well did, thanks
A question, if i didnt like it in the future, how would i uninstall all of these?
David,
Thanks for the appreciation so you wanna know the process of Uninstalling? (although you would neva’ like to do so :P)
Just Do the Usual uninstalling from the Add or Remove Option in the Control Panel ( this applies for things like Logon Screen, Clock and RK Launcher)
Ohh if you want more!
Change the Theme from Display Properties and if you wish do change the wallpaper too
I was wondering how to get the login skin, i downloaded the program and read the instructions, but i still cant get it
Hey, cool wizard. I havent install thou but I intend to install soon enough.
Just wanna something, Other than WindowsBlind..
Does TuneUp Utilities can be use to change the visual styles?
There’s no harm in installing Mac OS X right?
JUst to make sure though. Thanks.
Dear Cool Wizzard, i have trouble downloading the files, please send me all the files that I need to transform my xp to mac via e mail. Thanks.

it’s great but doesnt look like Mac OS X Leopard
let me tell u that logon studio stuffes up ur com (sum times) it mostly does and this pack SUCKS just get Ubuntu linux its soooooooo much better than this crap!!!!!!!
awesome work, i really like it
Well, i liked the style of leopard OS X (am in india, i dunno how to pronounce OS X - is it OS X or OS 10?) .
The rocketdock is very low, its partially hidden by the task bar.
I ve seen in many mac desktop pics, the taskbar wud b on top of the scr n not in the bottom as MS Windows do.
Well, its an awesome work by the creator. Keep it up!
It will be pretty gud if ya make this transformation pack install the whole sets without manual. For example the Vista transfermation pack or the Brico pack.
According to me MAC rox than Vista.
Sorry for writing these much.
VIVA MACA!
ohohoho thnx very much the stuff is cool and nice ,.keep it up
Or you can use LEOPARDXP Bricopack edition
Mmm……
Your tutorial is good, but you miss a thing——the boot screen.
It is the best windows transformer ever seen
The RK Launcher is absolutelly AMAZING!!!
I put it into 2 separate directories and I run both of them at the same time (top and right) with different apps (top - graphics editors, office, etc; right - IDEs, folder shortcuts, etc.).
Thank you, thank you, thank you
Good Day,
Is boot screen also change if I install this TP? Please reply.
Thanks
for some reason the the visual stile wont work…

uhmm, is it great? never tried yet,, uhm.. i will try now, Ow! my xp &*^@$ never mind..
wow, really great job putting this all together. i am not the most computer wise person and this all was a breeze for me. by the way, i have spent the last couple days searching for some other stuff to make my xp look exactly like leopard and i found a rk launcher that is based off of leopard. it is much better than the original rk launcher and 100% free. here it is:
http://windowsedge.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2158&pid=13189&mode=threaded&start=
just look for your system download and download it. it is all there for you, and it is all free.
to add a evan more mac feature get finder bar

and pls tell me how big is that file???is it 11 mb or 11 gb????:S
First of all all of the links are dead!

I like the transformation pack very much!Cool Man!
Beautiful, thanks to you
Looks great, I’ll try it when I clean a computer up for testing stuff.
I was skimming through the posts and that HJr person is just a typical egotisical close-minded (word I’d rather not say). Okay, I know that’s old news but still, for people to be reading through the posts and come accross something like that so high up isn’t cool mate.
I agree with everyone here that compliments you and appreciates others hard work for a nice appearance other than the default Luna theme. I’ve been searching everywhere for something that can closely resemble a Mac and here it is.
Note: I have played around with WinXP and Vista’s GUIs and I’ve never heard of RK Launcher. I’ve just stayed with RocketDock and the small addons it has. Just thought that there are other alternatives out there for the dock.
how about the minimize style?
is it still like windows or really LEOPARD?
Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Cooooool Thanx allllll
Thanks for this. Does it work on Service Pack 3 (SP3) ?
Please confirm. I was not able to find this info on this page.
Cheers…
Nice! thanks to you

@Danial Bound
Yes everything works on XP SP3.
But i have not tried all the third party softwares mentioned here on SP3. So try your luck there.
NOTICE: The rapidshare mirror has been updated
Can you download mac programs on this? for example imovie?
hi, thanks for this, i have used flyakite and leopardxp but they are all too resource heavy for my eeepc to handle. this worked a treat tho.
Is there any way you could do a logon screen with the starfield version of background?
i tried to update the existing one with a new image but it kept reverting to the xp style screen!!
@Joe
Its only a transformation pack. Programs that used to work on your OS before would continue to work without any problems.
man the ink dnt work, the tiny one.i cant download do u have any other link available…………
for those of us who are dissing the good idea, y dont we try to come up with our own apps then we can stand in the same level and foward your disses but if not, then keep your disses to yourself mostly when you are bored!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NICE WORK Cool Wizard.
what about the actually list that bounces out of the desktop bar ever time you scroll over it
I just downloaded the exe, ran it and… nothing. Still looking like good old xp. Any thoughts?
Wow!! I was looking everywhere for this.
THANKS SO MUCH DUDE!
i agree with KIWI’s comment earlier: I’m really quite sick of people posting on customization sites simply saying “Just get a Mac ‘looser’”.
but, i have a mac, and the rest of my family run xp, but they like the way mac os x looks. (i saved up for my mac, they need xp for work, BTW im 14 if the whole living with family thing sounded odd) im looking at this cos i want to make xp look like os x, and im assuming HjR has a similar problem. but still, that was a gay comment on HjR’s behalf.
In response to
“Dear HJr,
Buying a Mac is not in everyones reach. And most of the people use XP today. So what’s the harm in tweaking your XP a bit to look like Mac. And for vista we already have Vista Transformation Pack. If you want you can buy Mac”
I agree buying a mac isn’t within everyones reach, so be smart, go on eBay, save up, etc. Not everyone can buy a ferrari either, but how many ‘86 honda buckets do you know with a bright shiny Ferrari prancing horse emblem on the hood… you look like an idiot either way.
Noy bad guys it looks quite bueatiful……….
Sorry, but LogonStudio files are not supposed to be .exe
The author, who seems to be abit off-in-the-head, said he would have to fix issues about a year ago…no change since then.
It’s really cool man! But too small.
Pianodavid, go die… you’re f****** filthy rich, you’ve got two dozen ferrari’s and four dozen macs, but sadly, the harsh truth is not everyone is as rich as you…. study economics to understand why and tune your piano before playing it..!!
Ryan, Ryan, Ryan… LogonStudio SETUP files are EXE, son… EXE is the extension used by Executable Files… Programs… Setups… blah blah blah… the one you’re looking for has the extension “logonxp”… Good luck waking up!!
And as for you, my dear author…. Excellent job!! An amazing set of stuff!!!
